maybe...

if i plan what to eat for the day the same way i plan my workout in the morning...
i'm starting to look forward to coming up with the workouts every morning--so many things to pick from!!
i can imagine doing the same with food. so much to pick from and i know ahead of time what to eat. and i can schedule in the sweets every so often...as much as i want, really, which means it's not al about impulse eating sweets and regretting it later.
I could even do it when I write up my workout in the morning while riding the stationary bike to warm up for the workout.
I've got to REMEMBER to try this!
HIIT workout this morning. treadmill too painful in left knee so only 23 min going slow, then stationary bike to "cool down." which has been much longer than planned because i've been figuring out how to send posts by email.

Why do i have this blog??? more later.
